American EV maker Tesla is all set to open its second dealership in India. The new dealership is situated near the Indra Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. Read more details below.

Tesla India’s second dealership in New Delhi coming soon
A latest picture, which has been posted on Elon Musk-owned social media platform X, shows that his EV company is soon going to inaugurate the second dealership in India.
The second dealership is situated near the IGI airport in New Delhi, precisely in the Aerocity, which is the main hub for international and domestic travellers and prospective buyers for its Model Y – the only Tesla EV on sale in India.
As far as the product range is concerned, the company has recently launched its first and only EV in India, called Model Y. The popular electric crossover is being offered at a starting price of Rs 59.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
The new Model Y, which is a very popular and one of the best-selling EVs worldwide, is being offered in two versions: RWD and LR RWD (long-range). The RWD (base) variant is equipped with a single-electric motor that offers a claimed range of 500 km, and does 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds with a top speed of 201 km/h.
Meanwhile, the top-spec long-range RWD variant offers a claimed range of up to 622 km. It can sprint 0-100 km/h in 5.6 seconds, and has a top speed of 201 km/h as well.
The Model Y pre-bookings are now open nationwide via the online method. Moreover, the EV is loaded with an optional fully self-driving technology, which customers can buy at an additional Rs 6 lakh premium.
