New-gen Hyundai Venue launch soon, better than before?
After a long duration of road testing its test mules, the next-gen Hyundai Venue compact SUV is ready to hit the showrooms in October. The South Korean carmaker has announced that the new MY26 Venue will launch on October 24.
Speculating from the test cars seen over time, we can safely say that the new Venue will offer an exterior design that will make it look like a mini-Creta. The front fascia has already been spotted with new connected LED lights with a vertical design. Additionally, it will get flush door handles, a panoramic sunroof, new alloys, and a new rear design with new lights and a bumper.
On the inside, it will feature a new dashboard with a triple-connected screen display, new seats, a new centre console, and a new door panel design. The new-gen Venue will also get the advanced wireless features and the Level 2 ADAS suite, which will make it safer than ever.
Meanwhile, the mechanical setup of the new model will remain unaltered. The 2026 Venue will be offered with a 1.2-litre petrol, a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine options – similar to the current model.
The expected price of the 2026 Venue will be a few thousand to a lakh higher than the current model due to the new features and safety equipment.
Our say
The Venue compact SUV has been a top-selling product of Hyundai in India ever since its launch. However, it is long overdue for a thorough update, which the new-gen model will bring. More details regarding the 2026 Venue will be revealed as we near the launch timeline.
