Aprilia RSV4 X-GP: Everything you need to know
Aprilia has unveiled the special RSV4 X-GP bike at the Catalunya, Spain circuit. The special edition bike has been carefully crafted to celebrate the 10 years of the RS-GP MotoGP bike of Aprilia.
The new RSV4 X-GP is not only limited to 30 units worldwide, but it is also a track-only bike. This means that customers will not be able to ride it on the public roads.
So, what is so special about it? First, it features a unique design inspired by the RS-GP MotoGP missile. It has tail wings, leg wings, and carbon fibre body parts, which help in extending the aero support and keeping its kerb weight at only 165 kg!
Meanwhile, it gets a dry clutch, a high-performance air intake system from the old RS-GP, a titanium full system exhaust, and APX electronic with GPS and full data acquisition. It also gets structural carbon seat support and ground-effect aerodynamics for high-speed cornering.
Hardware-wise, it is loaded with the new Ohlins suspension, Brembo GP4 brakes, Marchesini magnesium alloy wheels, and Pirelli slick tyres for track performance. Customers will also get the accessories that include the tyre warmers, paddock stand, bike cover, and a Yashi laptop with ECU management software.
As far as the pricing is concerned, it is positioned at approximately Rs 93 lakh!
