MG Cyberster electric sports car details
JSW MG India showcased the Cyberster electric flagship car at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The bookings were commenced later, and the car got numerous queries regarding its price and performance details.
Now, the brand has introduced the Cyberster at an introductory price of Rs 74.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for fresh customers. However, for those who have pre-booked the car, the pricing is set for Rs 72.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Cyberster is a two-door lifestyle sports car that has been on sale in the global market. It features a low-slung design with highlights like the butterfly doors, arrow LED taillights, 20-inch low-profile tyres, a convertible roof, and more.
On the inside, it features premium interiors with four digital screens and a driver-centric cabin design. The triple-connected screen layout shows the speedometer, infotainment, vehicle settings, and wireless connectivity controls. Meanwhile, a vertical screen on the centre console offers HVAC and roof fold/unfold features.
Powering the Cyberster is a 77 kWh battery pack, which develops 510 bhp and 725 Nm of power and torque. It offers a certified range of 580 km, and does 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds.
The safety features include the Level 2 ADAS suite, which offers adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, lane departure assist, blind spot monitoring, blind spot intervention, front collision avoidance, and more.
As of now, there is no direct competitor for the Cyberster EV in India. Its closest ICE rival is the BMW Z4, which is priced at Rs 92.90 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Cyberster EV will change the market positioning and image of the JSW MG brand in India. It is also the first MG Select car, a new brand franchise made for premium EVs like the upcoming M9 MPV.
