Harley-Davidson has launched the Street Bob 117 in India, priced at INR 18.77 lakh (ex-showroom). This new model marks the return of the Street Bob to the Indian market, now packing the same 117CI Milwaukee-Eight engine found in Harley’s big cruisers. With its stripped-down styling and muscular performance, the Street Bob 117 is aimed at riders who want raw power with minimal distractions.
Engine and Performance
The Street Bob 117 is powered by a 1,923cc air / liquid-cooled V-twin engine, producing 91 hp at 5,020 rpm and a massive 156 Nm of torque at 2,750 rpm. It’s paired with a six speed gearbox, delivering strong low-end grunt and highway cruising capability.
Despite its size, it’s the lightest Harley to feature this engine, weighing 293 kg with a full tank. That makes it surprisingly agile for a big cruiser.
Features and Tech
Harley has equipped the Street Bob 117 with a solid list of rider aids that make it more than just a brute on wheels. It offers three riding modes such as Road, Rain, and Sport along with cruise control for relaxed highway runs. Cornering ABS and IMU-based traction control add a layer of safety, while drag torque slip control helps prevent rear wheel hop during aggressive downshifts.
The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) keeps tabs on air pressure, and a semi-digital instrument console mounted on the handlebar delivers key info without clutter. Lighting is all-LED, and the new two-into-one chrome exhaust replaces the older blacked-out dual setup, giving it a cleaner, more purposeful look.

The Street Bob 117 retains its classic Harley silhouette with:
- Mini ape-hanger handlebars
- Low-slung stance
- Single-pod instrument cluster
- 13.2-litre fuel tank
- Cast alloy wheels (cross-spoke wheels available for INR 87,000 extra)
It’s available in five colours: Billiard Gray, Vivid Black, Centerline, Iron Horse Metallic, and Purple Abyss Denim.
