Automobiles are evolving with each passing day and more and more technology is making way into cars not just for safety & driveability; but also for entertainment.
Ford has recently filed patents for windshield entertainment systems which could be introduced in future cars.
To be called ‘Autonomous Vehicle Entertainment System’, as the name suggests, it is primarily developed for autonomous vehicles.
With no driver effort required, these cars will use either the gauge cluster, centre console screen or the windshield as options of infotainment display for passengers.
On the windscreen, just like your usual projector, you can roll down the screen to make use of this feature. But wouldn’t that scare you?
