Brixton Crossfire 500XC price cut details
As per the latest price cut, the Crossfire 500XC is now available at Rs 4.92 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Earlier, Brixton’s only bike on sale in India was priced at Rs 5.20 lakh (ex-showroom).
Brixton offers the Crossfire in two variants – the 500XC and the 500X. The prices for the 500XC have been reduced, but the 500X price remains unaltered.
Speaking of the 500XC, it is a scrambler derivative of the 500X. It is loaded with knobby tyres, a flyscreen, a single seat, and other specification changes that help it ride easily over the off-road sections.
Powering the Crossfire 500XC is a 486cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. This powerhouse develops 46 bhp and 43 Nm of peak power and torque. It is mated to a slick 6-speed transmission.
The Crossfire 500XC comes loaded with a 19-inch spoke wheel at the front and a 17-inch spoke wheel at the rear. Being a true scrambler, it gets a fully-adjustable front USD suspension to tune it as per the requirement. In terms of braking, it is loaded with a 320mm front disc brake and a 240mm rear disc brake.
Our say
Brixton motorcycles are globally known for their high-quality build and engineering finesse. The Crossfire 500XC is a reliable, powerful, and fun motorcycle that competes with the Royal Enfield 650cc bikes, specifically the Bear 650.
