Audi has introduced the all-new Q3 Sportback in the international market. The new model is loaded with a refreshed design, improved interiors, and a new hybrid engine.

2026 Audi Q3 Sportback: Design
The design of the Q3 Sportback is inspired by the new-gen Q3 SUV. However, standing by its “Sportback” tag, the new SUV offers a sporty roofline design with a coupe-like roof and a boot-integrated spoiler.
Meanwhile, the front profile gets a sharp outlook with sleek LED DRLs, a big piano black grille, bumper-mounted Matrix LED headlights, and a blacked-out lower bumper.
The side profile of the Q3 Sportback has a reworked glass pane design, a sloping roof, new 20-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and a front fender-mounted charging port in the PHEV variant.
At the rear, it gets the split LED taillights, a boot-integrated spoiler, a connected LED lightbar, and an illuminated logo design. There is also a big piano black highlight on the bumper to distinguish it from the standard Q3.
2026 Audi Q3 Sportback: Interiors
The cabin of the Q3 Sportback is identical to the standard model. It gets the new dashboard layout with the connected screen display. Additionally, the new four-spoke steering wheel is complemented by the new steering column that eliminates the physical stalks.
The seats are draped in black leather, whilst there are ‘S’ badges on the steering wheel, door sills, and the seats. However, the rear seat suffers from less headroom space due to the raked roof design.
Surprisingly, the cargo space of the Q3 Sportback is similar to the standard model, which is 488 litres.

2026 Audi Q3 Sportback: Engine specifications
Powering the new Q3 Sportback are the same engine options as the new Q3. It gets a 1.5-litre TFSI (148hp/250Nm), a 2.0-litre TFSI in two outputs – 201hp/350Nm and 261hp/400Nm, and a 2.0-litre TDI diesel (148hp/250Nm).
Meanwhile, there is a new PHEV hybrid engine variant called ‘Q3 e-hybrid’, which uses a 1.5-litre TFSI engine and a PHEV battery that offers a standalone EV-only range of 118 km.
India launch and price
The new Q3 Sportback will go on sale globally by the end of this year. It will be launched in India next year, and the prices could be around Rs 60 lakh.
