2025 Lexus NX – All changes explained

The new NX SUV is now available in India in four variants. The prices of these variants are as follows:

  • 350h Exquisite – Rs 68.02 lakh
  • 350h Overtrail – Rs 71.88 lakh
  • 350h Luxury – Rs 72.79 lakh
  • 350h F-Sport – Rs 74.98 lakh

Mind you, the above-mentioned prices are all ex-showroom, India.

Speaking of the changes, the new NX is loaded with “felt materials”. These new materials improve the cabin sound insulation from the road, tyres, and wind. The particular improvement in the NVH insulation can be felt at the rear, which increases the comfort of the rear passengers.

Additionally, the AC unit has been reworked with the new “special materials” that are now part of the AC filter, along with the thick fabric, cumulatively improving the AC efficiency and reducing the load on the powertrain. This will increase the fuel economy of the NX.

Moreover, the new SUV updated model gets the uphill assist as a standard safety feature. This unique feature regulates the speed of the vehicle while driving on the hills by utilising the hybrid powertrain and reading the surface inclinations. Overall, it makes the drive smoother and more efficient.

Apart from these new features, the updated 2025 NX SUV gets two new exterior colours – Radiant Red and White Nova. The Radiant Red colour is available only on the Exquisite, Luxury, and F-Sport trims, while the White Nova is available on the Exquisite, Overtrail, and Luxury variants.

Powering the new NX model is the same 2.5-litre four-cylinder hybrid engine as before. However, it is now E20 fuel-compliant, and it also offers more fuel economy by offering a maximum of up to 20.26 km/l.

Our say

The Lexus NX 350h has been an underrated mid-size SUV. It offers the pure luxury of a premium Japanese brand, with its combination of the hybrid drivetrain, comfortable and silent driving experience, and reliability. The new model adds new features to the NX brand, making it more value-for-money than ever before.
